Everyone will be responsible for arranging their own reservations at the Grand Wailea Resort.  In order to make reservations that take advantage of our group discounts, here are the steps:

1. Let us know that you are planning on staying at the Grand Wailea.  You should use the RSVP form or just send us an email.   If you've already submitted the RSVP, there's no need to re-submit.  You can also call us at:  650-254-2055.
2. We will send you a special (custom) reservation card via the mail (or by fax if you send us an email request with your fax number)

3. Fill-out the form and submit it to the Grand Wailea by fax or regular mail.
4. Once the hotel receives your reservation card, they will contact you directly to work out any details and confirm your reservation.
5. We are in discussion with the hotel to change this process to allow for direct phone reservations.  Per the hotels request, for now, we need to handle reservations in this manner.
